Air Compressor

Norland's air compressors provide a steady stream of air to ensure the smooth operation of the equipment. The Norland High Pressure Piston Air Compressor System consists of several components, including three - 4 m ³, 40 Bar high pressure piston air compressors, air receiver, after cooler, high efficiency oil separator, and an air dryer with pre, middle and after filters. Specific systems will be provided when bottle size and rate are determined.

AIR DRYER FILTER

The Norland Air Dryer Filter removes moisture from the blow molder, ensuring smoother operation and longer life of the machine. HIGH PRESSURE AIR TANK

The high pressure air tank ensures continuous operation of your blow molder by ensuring a steady supply of product air. Stats: * 2.0 Cubic Meters * 40 Bar * DN50 Inlet/Outlet * 1280 kg. * 16 mm thick walls * Height: 310 cm * Diameter: 100 cm

Mold Chiller

The Mold Chiller operates by chilling the recirculating return water as it flows through an internal heat transfer unit before the return water enters an internal water storage tank. An evaporator is located within the heat transfer unit of the Chiller. Initial and make up feed water is allowed to enter the internal water storage tank. The water entering this tank is controlled by a float inside the tank. The chilled water in the storage tank is pumped to the Blow Molder unit to cool the Heater Bank and the Molds. The heated water is then returned back to the chiller. When the return water, entering the storage tank after the heat transfer unit, reaches the high set point, as programmed in temperature controller, the compressor turns back on to cool the water back down to required temperature. The compressor will automatically go on or off as required by the water temperature.
