 The BR5000 is designed to internally rinse efficiently at up to 85 small bottles a minute. Ideal for rinsing bottles from 112 oz (335 ml) up to 1 gallon (3.8 L), it can handle virtually any shape: round or square plastic or glass. Computerized controls are reliable and easy to adjust. The digital LED display provides precise operating instructions and immediate troubleshooting information at a glance. Optical sensors ensure smooth, trouble-free operation. If the flow of bottles is interrupted, the system will pause automatically until the bottle supply is resumed. Once in place, bottles are turned upside down, and internally rinsed with either product or operations water. High-pressure nozzles direct the water inside the bottles for an effective rinsing operation. The bottles are then drained and turned right-side up and fed into the BF5000 Automatic Bottle Filler. The entire operation of this system is automatic, complete and simple. Note: The BF5000 Automatic Bottle Rinser is available separately from Norland. |
