Large-bottle RackStacker™

If you are running a large-bottle plant, you need the fully automatic RackStacker™ from Norland. This important piece of equipment makes large-bottle rack loading much easier, faster and safer.

The RackStacker will load up to 600 3- to 5-gallon (11.4-18.9 L) bottles per hour. It loads a 40-bottle rack in about 4 minutes. The system can be set up to convey bottles from the production line directly to the RackStacker for quick loading.

While the RackStacker has been designed especially to integrate with a complete production line, such as Norland’s TritonLine™ series of turnkey 3- to 5-gallon bottling systems, it is easily compatible with most other large-bottle production systems.

The RackStacker is compatible with most rack styles, and its four-bottle loading deck can be adjusted to fit most rack sizes and configurations.
