BR3000 Automatic Bottle Rinser Norland has designed its small-bottle production lines to fit the needs of any start-up or mid-sized bottling plant, depending on size of operation. You can choose from the SpectraPak 5000 and SpectraPak 3000 turnkey systems, or from several configurations designed for efficient operation now, but easily expandable as your business grows. Components like the BR3000 are available individually, as well. Go to SpectraPak 3000 and click on the component of interest to you. The bottles are loaded onto the inlet conveyor and transported to the rinser. Prior to the rinse cycle, they are automatically positioned, then flipped and rinsed with high pressure jet nozzles. The rinse media can be with water or air, your choice. The BR3000 will work well with any number of other systems. |
